The mission of the "Trans-Siberian Express" Group of Companies is to revive railway tourism in the Russian Federation. The situation in the market is such that in many respects the current direction of tourism does not need restoring, but creating anew. For years now the company has been succeeding in doing this.
Since 1999, the company has been successfully organizing charter tourist traffic throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, and in nearby countries.
The basic activity of our company is group and individual tourism, the organization of business trips and corporate events on railways.
One of our main advantages is that the company owns its own rolling stock consisting of sleepers, luxury cars for accommodating passengers, dining cars, bars, service and technical cars. All cars have been constructed as a result of private investment.
To achieve its purpose, the company directed its efforts towards creating new, much more comfortable conditions for passenger transportation. From this, the idea was born to create a hotel on wheels, in which passengers would be placed in comfortable compartments with all the necessary amenities. Such a level of comfort has been inaccessible on railway transportation until now. The passenger will be provided with the services of a laundry, a hairdresser, and a doctor.
The company plans to render a widening spectrum of services to tourists on trains, and the creation of new comfortable passenger cars.
At present, our partners are large domestic and foreign tour operators and top-managers of leading Russian and foreign companies with which we have prepared and realized a number of unique projects by drawing up individual travel routes.
The range of our activity is rather extensive. We can organize charter rail transportation throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, the Baltic states and CIS countries, and in countries such as Finland, Mongolia and China. Thus, our most popular route entitled "Silk Way" totals more than 10 000 kilometers and runs through five countries.
The policy of our company is to create the most comfortable and safe traveling conditions for the passenger as possible.
